Facing out to sea, you can enjoy the benefits of the sauna while letting your gaze open out to the outside world. The light, calm and view accompany this moment of relaxation, in an atmosphere that is both intimate and enveloping.

Sink into the warmth of the sauna, slow down, breathe deeply… and take a moment to unwind with the sea as your backdrop.

Sauna access is complimentary for guests of Hôtel Les Brises and is also available to non-hotel guests at €10 for 15 minutes.
