At Les Brises, the ocean is everywhere. It inspires our location, our everyday actions and our way of welcoming guests. So it's only natural that we should take care to preserve this environment, by making simple, practical choices.

At breakfast and at the bar, we give priority to local, seasonal and short-distance products, selected from committed partners, as a way of supporting the local fabric while offering a fairer, fresher and more responsible service.

We also work with local players to support the local economy and integrate the hotel into its environment, promoting local know-how and production.

On a day-to-day basis, this is also reflected in the use of eco-responsible and eco-labelled cleaning products, as well as the choice of refillable hospitality ranges to keep single-use plastic to a minimum. The Botanist & The Chemist brand, certified Ecolabel, guarantees minimal impact on aquatic ecosystems when the product is released into the environment, and complies with standards limiting waste.

As part of this same approach, Les Brises is in the process of obtaining the Green Key label, in order to structure and strengthen our actions over time.

Our objective remains simple: to offer you a pleasant and sincere stay, while taking care to reduce our impact on the environment.
